All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods such as new collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

5. International Shipping (New Zealand)

For our New Zealand customers, please note that shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by New Zealand Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delphie is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Delphie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at hello@delphie.shop or +61-787593443. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

We carefully package every Delphie order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it:
